Despite the pandemic, the consortium Chianti Colli Fiorentini, is undoubtedly confirmed as a growing reality, a work that certainly starts from the vineyard, with many producers who for some time have embraced the choice of organic combined with the main use of native vines. The wines for tasting were presented with stylistic choices that in some way reward the area of origin, excellent use in wood in the reserves that have proved to be of great character and drinkability, modern wines on many occasions fresh and with an acidic shoulder which will also reward them over time.
