  • TASTING NOTES:

Ruby color with garnet reflections, wide and complex nose, cherry berries but also many spicy hints of tobacco and a bright mineral note. On the palate it is of great structure, the black cherry prevails, the tannin is still alive while the finish is of dark spices.

This reserve can be combined well with a braised meat, but also with an excellent 24 months of mugello aged in a cave, with a buttery paste and intense notes of extra virgin olive oil.
