Tuesday June 22 2021 - starting from 18.30 - at The Peacocks, Parco delle Cascine, viale della Catena 2, Florence - will be held an evening of wine tasting of some companies of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini Consortium, wine of Florence.

The event, outdoors and by the pool, will be divided into two parts, so as to give the public the opportunity to choose how they prefer to take part in the initiative. In the first phase of the evening, 18 pm: 30, Leonardo Romanelli, food and wine critic, sommelier, communicator and host of the television program Geo, broadcast on Raitre, will present the Chianti Colli Fiorentini wines both in version vintage and Reserve, in the presence of producers to interact with, to taste and tell the best of the wines of the Florentine territory. A tempting opportunity to get in touch with a denomination that is making the most of the territory in which it operates, thanks to the careful work of the producers.

In the second part, 20 pm: 00 the public booked you can enjoy a dish prepared by the Chef de Le Pavoniere, sitting in your place at the table and freely taste the wines of both the Chianti Colli Fiorentini type and other references (white, rosé, sparkling wines) offered by the producers present.

During the guided tasting they will be presented 5 vintage Chianti Colli Fiorentini e 5 Chianti Colli Fiorentini Riserva selected by Leonardo Romanelli. Everything will take place with the support of FISAR (Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers and Restaurateurs) for the Sommelier service.

The event is organized in full compliance with the current regulations in force regarding Covid-19 prevention: for the tasting a maximum of 100 people are admitted plus a further 100 for the second phase of the event (200 max attendance in total).

It will be possible to taste over 40 different types of wines, mainly Chianti Colli Fiorentini but also Tuscany IGT Reds, Whites, Rosé wines and Spumanti.
