This 6 Rose comes from Sangiovese grapes used for the production of Chianti Classico, the producing winery is Santo Stefano di Greve in Chianti farm that with this fresh and thirst-quenching wine gladdens the summer evenings of customers who visit the farm.

For the production of this rosé the bleeding technique is used, a part of the must is taken from the maceration tank and subsequently vinified in white.

  • TASTING NOTES:

Brilliant pale red with coppery reflections, floral notes of rose, raspberry and small wild strawberries on the nose. On the palate it is alcoholic and very fresh, with a good persistence of citrus and yellow peach hints.

  • MANUFACTURING COMPANY:

Fattoria Santo Stefano Greve in Chianti

  • PAIRINGS:

If served chilled it can also be considered a wine for the whole meal, my advice is to try it with a good Neapolitan pizza topped with personality ingredients like Salsiccia and Cipolla.
