Each shape and each package of these products can boast the label of the cheese Oscars that were celebrated at the Bergamo Fair from 18 to 20 October. Organized by The Guild of Fine Food, the World Cheese Awards for over 30 years they have been awarding the best producers on the planet, from small artisans to big brands. The numbers speak of a selection of about 3.500 cheeses from over 40 countries, over 2.500 manufacturing companies, an international jury of 260 experts, and 6.000 visitors.
