The use of these exceptional architectural testimonies is part of a public restitution project of a very important chapter in the history of the city of Florence, a real "widespread museum" that permeates the urban fabric and strongly connotes the image of the center historical, UNESCO World Heritage. It is no coincidence that the logo of the Historic Center of Florence evokes the ancient city walls, dating back to the Middle Ages, no longer existing but of which traces remain thanks to the presence of the towers and doors.

Le guided tours, by the Florentine Civic Museums of MUS.E, are open to all, from 8 years old; there reservation is mandatory: 055-2768224, info@muse.comune.fi.it. They will be carried out safely and in small groups according to a precise containment protocol of the epidemiological emergency. They will be suspended in case of rain and will not be accessible to motor disabilities.
