The Estate Bird Farm, located between the Municipalities of fauglia e Lorenzana, in the province of Pisa, the 21 June welcomes the summer with the Wine Food Landscape, early summer dinner. A truly special gastronomic proposal, in the name of the union between street food and the traditional tasting in the cellar.

A dinner to be enjoyed immersed in the greenery and peace of the splendid Tuscan countryside which includes the tasting of wines produced on the farm accompanied by traditional dishes, all based on typical products of excellence, prepared with the unique touch of Tuscan street food.

Tuscan street food aims to regenerate the past of street food, that of courts and peasant food, starting from the quality Tuscan products, which are the basis of the proposed recipes.

What characterizes the estate (the famous "Poggi"), in addition to the vineyards and olive groves, also centenarians, are the high trunk woods, the extensive Populus Alba facilities and the arable land, extensively cultivated and destined mainly to make a natural but rich environment available to the fauna. The winery, at the service of production, and the numerous farmhouses, destined to the farm, have been restored using mostly ancient materials, to maintain those architectural characteristics that have made Tuscany universally appreciated.

The buildings with their ancient charm, immersed in an uncontaminated environment, thus merge with the landscape giving a pleasant feeling of peace and serenity.
